Art stuff a

I decided I would take a shot at sewing a little cat figure...

as you will see, it was not successful. I did document my process, but I think I made a few mistakes. first, i made the limbs too small! I also think I cut them too close to where i traced. of course i feaked up following the line on the machine, but i think that problem was a symptom of this problem... I also FOOLISHLY tried to stuff this with PAPER because i am trying to be resourcesful and eco-friendly... this made my creature have a hard time not... falling over...

Just have to start somewhere. I would like to begin my art record with a practice i do every day... make a beutiful coffee.

I start off with a little shaken espresso. Yes, even though you are not supposed to have anything cold, i am more than suseptible to iced treat... I brew the espresso in a tiny little mug. Then, in my little repurposed sauce jar, I put brown sugar & maple syrup. Then i pour the espresso over it, put in some ice cubes, and shake it till its all cold. i love that it gets all nice and foamy!

then i pour some milk in dere and it gets all pretty! pretty simple but i love it and making a little treat has become part of a daily ritual which helps keep my brain normaler.
